Call Accounting Mate generates.
The reports listed below are only samples. We
urge you to test drive our online demo to get
a better idea of how the entire system works.
All reports can be filtered by any the following
conditions (where applicable): |

- Which users to print report for
- Eg: print the selected report for
only David and Eric.
- Which department to print report
for - Eg: print the selected report
for only Sales and Administration
dept.
- Date and time range to print report
for - Eg: Print the selected report
for the period from
1/1/04 - 1/31/04
- Call type to print report for -
Eg: Print the selected report for only all
IDD calls excluding all
local calls.
- Operator - Eg. print the
selected report for all calls made using only
AT&T operator.
- Line No. - Eg. print the
selected report for only CO lines 1,2,3 and
exlude all other lines.
- By Cost - Eg. Print the
most expensive number of N calls where N is
a variable.
- By Duration - Eg. Print
the longest lasting number of N calls where
N is a variable
- By no. of calls - Eg. Print
the report according to the most no. of calls
made by user.
- Contacts - Print the calls
only for selected contacts from the contacts
database.
- Account Code - Print the
calls only for the selected account code or
pin code.
- Country - Print the calls
only for calls made to the selected countries.
Eg, print all calls made
to Japan.

to individual reports, but the above are the most

Department Reports |

Detail
Report - Detailed
list of all calls made sorted by
departments. This report details
all the calls that were made by
each department. The report is sorted
by departments and sub-sorted by
users. It can be used to identify
which calls were made, where the
calls were made, and by which department
and how much time / money was spent
on calls by each department.

Summary
Report - Summary report
sorted by departments and will state
the number of calls made, time duration
and costs per department. This report

Unknown Calls Report |

Report -
A detail report of all

but which the system
was not able to identity
as either a registered
user in the system or
a registered destination.
This report is useful
in identifying extensions
that may actually be
used in the company
but are not registered
in the system. It can
also be used to identify
certain destinations
for which the rates
may not exist in the
system and hence preventing
the system from calculating
the costs incurred.
Once identified, you
can either key in the
users / destinations
and reparse the calls
again.
